CalWest’s client school in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an Upper School Biology Teacher to begin in August 2024.
CalWest Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree and/or other educational requirements listed on the job description
- Requisite skills commensurate with the position
- A reasonable commuting distance to the CalWest client school, or a willingness to relocate
- Authorization to live and work in the United States
Client School Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
- At least three years of biology, or natural sciences teaching experience OR other relevant academic research and teaching experience
- High school classroom teaching experience

- Required to attend the start of year retreat; this is an overnight retreat for students by grade level.
- Attend new orientation and orientation week prior to the start of school for students, as well as participate in other mandatory school events.
Salary Range
$70,000 – $150,000
