CalWest Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree and/or other educational requirements listed on the job description

Client School Preferred Qualifications
- Current California teaching credential (Multiple Subject required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in elementary education preferred
Responsibilities
- Teach all core 4th-grade subjects, including Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Religion.
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and state standards.
- Foster a classroom environment that supports the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure student success.
- Integrate technology and differentiated instruction into the classroom.

Salary Range
