Joanna Belkin Petti is an 8th grade English/Language Arts teacher at St. Paul’s Episcopal School in Oakland, CA. She has had many roles there, ranging from Guest Teacher, Assistant Director of the After School Program, and a resident teacher. After earning her teaching credential from the Bay Area Teacher Training Institute, she taught at Julia Morgan School for Girls and Oakland School for the Arts. She earned a JD from Northeastern University School of Law, and has a Multiple Subject credential, and Single Subject credential in English. When she’s not grading papers or helping her own kids with homework, she loves to swim, and to hike with her beloved dog, Rocky.
