CalWest Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree and/or other educational requirements listed on the job description
- Requisite skills commensurate with the position
- A reasonable commuting distance to the CalWest client school, or a willingness to relocate
- Authorization to live and work in the United States
Client School Preferred Qualifications
- Four-year degree from a college or university (Master’s degree preferred)
- Valid teacher credential and/or previous teaching experience (3-5+ years preferred)
- Commitment to working in a diverse learning environment that necessitates flexibility, professional behavior, a positive attitude, and a desire to enhance professional growth
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in science/STEAM education
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a deep passion for working with children.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.

Salary Range
$60,000 – $70,000
