7th Grade Entrepeneurial Program Teacher

CalWest’s client school in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an 7th Grade Entrepreneurial Program Teacher to begin August 2023.

Note: This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time with the addition of teaching Computer Science and serving as an advisor.  

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or other educational requirements listed on the job description
  • Requisite skills commensurate with the position
  • A reasonable commuting distance to the CalWest client school, or a willingness to relocate
  • Relevant, recent experience
  • Authorization to live and work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Teaching experience with middle school students preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field of study
  • Prior work experience at a startup or as a maker is a plus 
  • Familiarity with entrepreneurship, product design cycle, and computer programming
