CalWest’s client school in the Greater San Francisco Bay area seeks a Director of Admissions and Flexible Tuition. This position begins July 2021.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or other educational requirements listed on the job description
  • Requisite skills commensurate with the position
  • A reasonable commuting distance to the CalWest client school, or a willingness to relocate
  • Relevant, recent experience
  • Authorization to live and work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree 
  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in high school or college admissions
  • Experience with Google Suite, including Google Sheets, and CRM databases (Ravenna and Blackbaud a plus)

  • Lead the admissions team in creating and maintaining mission-centric & values-driven admissions processes and programs
  • Establish and manage a strategic marketing and recruitment plan to meet enrollment goals
  • Integrate best practice data collection, data integrity and quantitative analysis into admissions planning, reporting and decision-making
  • Foster and maintain relationships with feeder schools and other community partners
  • Collaborate with the Marketing/Communications team to implement a strategic communications plan
  • Work to strategically advance DEI in the work and outcomes of the admissions team
  • Collaborate to develop and support financial aid policies, strategy and tactics to allocate flexible tuition funds
  • Serve as an advisor to a group of 8-10 students
